James Joseph Brown’s writing has appeared in The Whistling Fire, Red Rock Review, Canyon Voices, Connotation Press, Hot Metal Bridge, and other journals. His photography has been exhibited and sold in galleries in Vilnius, Lithuania and in the U.S.
Currently an MFA candidate in Creative Writing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas by day and a Casino Dealer by night, he is a former ESL teacher, Peace Corps volunteer, National Park Ranger, and go-go dancer. He has lived and worked in Russia, Spain, Korea, Thailand and Lithuania.
